Who we are

For over 30 years, Ebbinge has been a leading HR consultancy working to fill key positions and solve management development issues in the top segment of the labour market. Approach

We translate our core services into market sectors, disciplines and specializations on a variety of experience levels. Our firm employs 60 people, who share a common ambition to be a preferred partner in the qualitative filling of key positions in the top 5% of the labour market. Since our establishment in 1982, our name is synonymous with transparency, sincerity and honesty in the provision of advice to candidates and clients. Solid.

Important decision

Clients are entitled to a thorough analysis. Environment, organization, department, desired profile and accompanying behavioural competencies are all aspects that are evaluated by our consultants as a matter of course. We ask probing questions and prefer to talk to a wide range of people who are involved. We look for the logical depth and the wider perspective. Not least of all because we're "representing the top-notch candidates and know what they find most important". And consequently aim to offer this group of candidates, in the context of their career planning, a position that fits their requirements. Or allow them to make a certain ‘switch'. At any rate: another step forward, either at the start of their career or at the top. This is an important decision every time round.
