A BTO consultant generally works on the client’s premises, working side-by-side with client top managers and executives. Candidates should be highly motivated people with outstanding academic credentials and a strong record of extracurricular activity, professional accomplishment and leadership. Required skills: being able to work effectively on teams, outstanding analytical skills, resourcefulness, tenacity, independence, energy and self-confidence. Candidates should be French or Dutch-speaking and be fluent in English.
