Every quarter, Ebbinge Campus organises free one-day training courses for groups of a maximum of 12 Ebbinge candidates. You can choose between the Job Application course, the Assessment course and the Self-analysis course.
In cooperation with our clients, we organise business courses, open days and workshops, usually at the office of our clients.
With some clients, we have even developed special orientation programmes. In that way, even while you are still studying you get to know different companies through us. And if all goes well, one of them could turn out to be your future employer
In the period leading up to graduation, Ebbinge Campus helps candidates to orient themselves to the labour market. In a personal interview, we discuss your current ambitions with you. Where do you stand now? Which job are you looking for? Which organisation suits you the best? How does the labour market look like in that area? We are also happy to organise an orientation interview for you with one of our clients. So that you can encounter people that work in your field of expertise or in the organisation for which you would like to work for.
You can also rely on the support of Ebbinge Campus when you start applying for a job. Among other, we hold job application training courses and we introduce you, if possible, directly to our clients. In that case, we write a letter of recommendation and we guide you during the selection process - by helping you prepare for your job interview or assessment and by holding evaluation interviews. And of course you can ask us for advice at any time.
In many cases, our job application guidance for our candidates results in their first job at one of our clients. That marks the end of your time at Ebbinge Campus and the start of your career.
