2. Debriefing in the form of a company and vacancy description which is also used to inform for potentially interested candidates.
3. Translation in search or assignment approach. Mapping out the market. Longlisting companies and candidates, contacting candidates, selling the proposition.
4. In depth interview (1 1/2 hour).
5. Thorough description of the candidate shall be prepared and discussed with the client.
6. Counseling during the procedure until the contract negotiation. Optionally, an assessment can be done.
