We have been working for leading strategy firms for over 20 years now. Besides positions within strategy consultancies, we focus on corporate strategy/business development roles in the industry, often taken up by former consultants.

On behalf of the well-known strategy consultancies, we establish contacts with young top-level candidates working in the private or not-for profit sectors. Their work involves consultancy at the highest level, both in terms of business and social relevance. It is analytical and creative work with a strong impact on clients, colleagues and the individual's own career. Our strong Campus and Young Professionals network serves as our foundation, and we continue to follow our relations from there. The consultancies are looking for absolute top talents with highly developed analytical capacities, strong leadership qualities and team skills.

‘Life after consulting’

Each year, many talented young professionals choose to join a consulting firm. Only a few of them will finally become ‘partner’ in one of these companies. The biggest group however chooses to switch to the industry, a private equity fund or something completely different. Frequently heard arguments to leave consulting are work-life balance issues, seeing the long term results of an organizational change, working with concrete and down-to-earth products. Career orientation after consulting is not always easy. As a consultant you are used to working with small groups of talented colleagues, with well developed analytical skills, on a wide variety of projects. You did not become an expert in a specific domain and you are not used to managing large groups of employees. The two latter aspects are often important for a role in an industry company. In order to prepare candidates for their ‘professional life after consulting’ we offer a career counseling, and try to guide our candidates into the next career step.
