To support companies, private equity funds and advisory firms in finding the right temporary resources, we are constantly looking for Interim Managers for both business continuity or project management in the following domains :

General Management, Finance, HR, Procurement and Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing,Legal and IT. 

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

  • You have at least 10 years’ experience as Manager or Director in your domain
  • You have been Interim Manager for at least 5 years or you already have managed at least 3 successful projects as freelance
  • You have managed several projects as Project Manager of Program Manager with final responsibility
  • You have outstanding people management, change management and listening skills
  • You are flexible, adapt quickly to a new situation and  you are used to work in multicultural environments
  • You master at least one project management and one change management method
  • You are used to working in crisis situations, complex environments, and in structures undergoing change
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
